Supreme quality extra virgin olive oil produced from millennia-old Farga olive trees from the Mediterranean coastal region of El Maestrat, situated between sea level and an altitude of 500 meters. A greenish-yellow colour with an intense fruity aroma, green olives, freshly cut grass, floral tones, orange blossom, nuts, orange leaf, artichoke and almond. A harmonious taste, one that is sweet with an immediate onset of light bitter tones accompanied with a mild spiciness which denotes the variety. Complex flavours, grapefruit, liquorice, blackberry shoots. Well-rounded in the mouth with a finishing flavour of fresh almonds and a lengthy, green and fresh aftertaste. Since the 2019/2020 harvest, a small yield of 300 units of age-old oil has been ecologically bottled, becoming the world's first environmentally-friendly oil from millennia-old olive trees. This small yield is due to the difficulty of certifying olive trees which are set apart from each other within a radius of around 45 kilometres across the whole region. Total annual production between 2000 - 3000 bottles depending on quality, excellence and climatic factors.
