In light of the plundering and devastation of the landscape endured by these lands with the felling of millennia-old olive trees, Manuel Arnau and Joaquim Solano decided to put all their efforts into creating El Poaig. Their main focus is to place value on the output of these natural monuments. The value of a millennia-old olive tree is immeasurable and must be preserved within its environment.
El Poaig is the name for the piece of land where Grandma Carmen (Joaquim's grandmother) would pick olives to turn them into delicious oil in the autumn.

After studying, conversing, comparing and analysing, Manuel and Joaquim created El Poaig, the olive oil from millennia-old olive trees produced with immense love for these lands.
Their main concept was "we cherish olive trees".
