The world's most expensive oil has to be bottled in a container which rises to the occasion. The CuldeSac design studio has designed premium packaging which provides extraordinary liturgy. The pack itself offers an experience which goes beyond the liquid contained within.
The Oil Dispenser
Once it became clear that the quality of the oil from the millennia-old Fargas was indisputable, the question arose as to what container could possibly hold such treasure. To this effect, Joaquim and Manuel set out to find the "perfect bottle". After searching, investigating and conversing a lot, they contacted CuldeSac, a design studio based in Valencia. By working and trying out many different designs, they finally obtained what they sought.
The challenge was then to find the artisan who knew how to follow this through, and that was how we met Yanet Molina and Rafael Alcalde, two artisans rooted in Manises' centuries-old tradition of ceramics. By combining technology and tradition, El Poaig's oil dispenser came to be. An exclusive hand-made, white porcelain container which perfectly preserves the oil's sensory properties at a constant temperature, keeping the precious juices of the millennia-old olive trees in the dark.
The same white porcelain dispenser has acquired a smaller format. Stripping away the petals of this exclusive packaging, we find the slender figure, the heart and soul of El Verd del Poaig, the green version of El Mil del Poaig. Recycled and luxury materials undertaking a joint venture to showcase this unique olive oil.
